Jesus Muscle



Believing in Jesus is a lot like having a gym membership. You still need to use it to keep it strong and toned. Cardio- the jumping, cycling or running in faith. Weight conditioning-the tests of bear the burdens of faith. Core-building-the sit ups and crunches answering God's calling on your life (even when you do not feel qualified).


You still have to fight your craving to consume your old habit. You must feed your Jesus muscle with the good nutrition from the essential protein and good carbs of Biblical truth and God's promises. You still need to listen to The Holy Spirit who will train you how to pray, so you will see results. Believing in Jesus is simply access in the door; weigh conditioning your Jesus muscle builds the relationship between you and God. Let's go to the gym, God already prepared the way.
